CUSHIONING MATERIAL AND ITS MANUFACTURE

摘要

PURPOSE:To increase mechanical strength such as tensile strength and the strength for compression load or the like and make the surface of a cushioning material non-adhesive by filling and sealing a silicone gel cured material of specified penetration degree inside a coated material composed of silicone gel rubber. CONSTITUTION:A silicone gel cured material 3 having 50-150 penetration is filled and sealed inside a hollow coated material 2 composed of silicone rubber. The coated material 2 is formed with a sheet 4 constituted of the silicone rubber having an expanded section 4 on one side, a liquid silicone gel cured layer 13a bonded on the other side of the sheet 4 as bonding agent and a sheet 5 formed with silicone rubber of similar rubber hardness and bonded with the sheet 4 by means of liquid silicone rubber, and an adhesive material 6 and a sheet 7 for peeling are coated on one surface of the sheet 5.
