PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma display panel which can efficiently discharge the heat in the plasma display panel to the outside while suppressing noise to a lower lever. SOLUTION: This plasma display panel(PDP) 13 includes at least a cooling chamber 10 disposed on the rear surface of the panel, an intake port 22 for introducing outdoor air into this cooling chamber 10, an air exit 21 for discharging the air in the cooling chamber 10 to the outside of the cooling chamber 10, a film 31 disposed within the cooling chamber 10 and a drive assembly 32 for driving this film 31.
