CHANGING METHOD OF OBJECT PROGRAM

PURPOSE:To simply and quickly rewrite a part of an object program by writing an external module in place of an unchanged module written in a RAM in response to a fact that a module to be changed is inputted from outside and at the same time writing the jumping address of the module into a table. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 1 loads a changed module received from a host computer 10 into an idle area 85 of a RAM 8. Then the CPU 1 loads an entry table for modules in the ROM received from the computer 10 into an area 82. The entry table 82 is copied to a module entry table 81 in the ROM at ICL/ACL. Hereafter the CPU 1 carries out the processes by reference to the table 81 and the changed module in the ROM loaded in the area 85. Thus an intra-ROM module entry table 71 of a ROM 7 is changed.
