<p>PURPOSE:To form a video tape for only movie programs or the like without stopping and recording operations by providing a bilingual broadcast discriminating means and executing or interrupting the video recording based on the discrimination result. CONSTITUTION:A bilingual broadcast discriminating means 1 discriminates the bilingual broadcast of a specific channel to drive a video recording control means 2 and determines whether video recording should be executed or not to control recording of a video device. By such a constitution, the video tape of only movie programs or the like is formed without troublesome stopping and recording operations.</p> |
