PURPOSE:To collate surely a car number picture, by deciding the collation of car number passing through two points on real time. CONSTITUTION:A video amplifier 2 or 7 amplifying a video signal given from an image pickup camera, an A/D converter and a picture memory 3 or 8 converting an analog video signal given from the video amplifier 2 or 7 into a digital video signal and storing it, and a processor 4 or 9 are connected respectively to the post-stage of image pickup cameras 1 and 6. Transmitters 5 and 10 transmit the car number picture information at a point A to a point B through a line 13. A control circuit 11 stores the car number picture information at the point B given from the processor 9 and that at the point A given from the transmitter 10, and a correlativity device 12 taking correlatin between both the information controls the timing of the correlatin of the correlativity device 11. |
