<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high speed cutting means, that is, the high speed cutting means used in such a case that a cord is wound at a zero angle and cut in the end of operation. SOLUTION: The high speed cutting means has a reinforcing material supply device 2, a cutting device 9 having the cutter 92 attached to the outer periphery of a first disk 91 and the second disk 90 attached in opposed relation to the first disk and a means for rotating the respective disks to bring the cutter 92 of the first disk 91 and the second disk 90 into contact with the reinforcing material. The cutting device 9 drives the cutter so that the cutter is locked with the reinforcing material at the time of cutting and allows the peripheral speeds of the first and second disks to approach the linear velocity of the reinforcing material.</p> |
