PURPOSE:To reduce the working time and to automatize the working stage in manufacturing a bent member by moving a connected material to be worked and irradiating the same materials to be worked with plural laser beam irradiating heads through plural scanning lines. CONSTITUTION:The bent parts 11 of the material 1 to be worked are irradiated with laser beams 4-1-4-N through scanning lines 5-1-5-N to perform a radial bending. A material 1 to be worked connected at one end in the lengthwise direction is moved to the direction intersected at right angles to the lengthwise direction. When the same materials to be worked are moved, they are irradiated by plural laser beam heads 2-1-2-N arranged in sequence with a prescribed distance to each other corresponding to the number of the scanning lines from a scanning line 5-1 on the opposite side of the connected end to the scanning line 5-N on the connected end side. By this method, radial bending is carried out by the laser beam without cutting a continuous sheet material into pieces. |
