It comprises a plurality of arches 1 and of longitudinal members 2 for joining between the arches 1, which are formed by a load-bearing profile section 3 whose section comprises, in the upper part, a central groove 4 for the sliding and guiding of a carriage 46 which displaces the fabric of the roof, and a pair of lateral housings 5, 6 for securing the fabric; in the central part a pair of lateral grooves 7, 8 for the coupling of the joining longitudinal members 2; and in the lower part a central groove 9 for the positioning of reinforcement bars and two lateral housings 10, 11 for the evacuation of the condensation water. The joining longitudinal members 2 between arches are profile sections substantially in the form of an inverted T, the base 12 of which has the edges 13, 14 curved in order to collect the condensation water and to convey it to the load-bearing profile section 3. It allows the evacuation of condensation water, rapid assembly and dismantling, and the displacement of the fabric. <IMAGE>
