Electric and electronic heating apparatus with programmer, characterised by an electronic housing with display to show the time and temperature program data and the programming pilot lights for temperature and time, connection of total or half power, and minimum temperature setting of 40 degree C. The microprocessor is at the central core, to which are connected the display and all the electronic components which enable the programming, as well as the temperature sensor in the form of an NTC resistor and the TRIAC, which through a switch allows changing from total power to half power and vice versa. <IMAGE>
