The system for demodulating the received modulation signal after detecting the quantitised phase information of certain period by using two local frequency signals which have quadrature phase being equal to that of carrier wave of the modulation signal comprises a converter (200) providing digital phase signal which is for period setting of quantitising step after detecting the phase period difference of a first and a second signals, an interface circuit (300) providing the phase information corresponding to the quantitising step, and a signal processor (400) storing the quantitised information and demodulating it to digital one during the sampling period.
