METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING METAL DOME SHEET USING CUTTING PLOTTER

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a metal dome sheet using a cutting plotter is provided to maximize production, manufacture a metal dome sheet corresponding to a wanted standard, and eliminate inconvenience that pins should be rearranged one by one upon every cutting. CONSTITUTION: A drawing for the first cutting is selected and a cutting is performed by using an execute command(201). The cutting is performed on a base tape to correspond to the drawing for the first cutting by using a cutting tool according to a calculation result(204). A worker removes the drawing for the first cutting and forms a space for air ventilation and a pace for attaching a metal dome(207). When the each space is formed, the worker attaches a top tape on an upper part of the base tape(210). The metal dome sheet is moved back to an original position or an initial position by using a backward switch(213). The worker selects a drawing for the second cutting by using a cad program and a cutting is performed by using an execute command(216). The worker removes an inside of the formed drawing to form a space for attaching an LED.
