PURPOSE: A system and method for providing an e-mail advertisement is provided to enable a user to actively access to an advertisement by transmitting the advertisement on a category selectively permitted by the user through an e-mail instead of searching banner advertisements. CONSTITUTION: An application device(100) enables a user to make an application for a member in order to receive an advertisement service. An advertisement intermediation device(300) is connected to the application device(100) through the Internet(200). In addition, the advertisement intermediation device(300) provides an automatic mail advertisement server to the application device(100). The advertisement intermediation device(300) is composed of a web server(310), a mail transmission server(320), and a database(330). The web server(310) registers a plurality of user or advertiser connected through the Internet(200) based on data stored in the database as members(330). The mail transmission server(320) searches and analyzes information. In addition, the mail transmission server(320) includes a mail making unit(321), a mail transmitting unit(322) and a user analyzing unit(323). The mail transmitting unit(322) transmits e-mail including an advertisement message made from the mail making unit(321) to the application device(100). The advertisement intermediation device(300) is connected to a mobile communication network(400).
