PURPOSE: A method for processing the surface of an aluminum or aluminum alloy product is provided in which a Teflon coating layer treated on a concave part of a body is not separated from the concave part of the body, but bound together so that effects of Teflon coating and anodized film are sustained for a long time, and a product manufactured by the method is provided. CONSTITUTION: The method for processing the surface of an aluminum or aluminum alloy product comprises the processes of forming concave and convex parts on the surface of a body of aluminum or aluminum alloy so that a concave part and a convex part are alternately formed on the body of aluminum or aluminum alloy; forming a catching groove on the concave part so that an inner surface distance is wider than an entrance distance of the concave part; and forming an anodized film layer and a Teflon coating layer on the surface of the concave and convex part formed body. The aluminum or aluminum alloy product comprises concave and convex parts which are formed on the surface of the body; and an anodized film layer(12) and a Teflon coating layer(14) which are formed on the concave and convex parts, wherein a catching groove is formed on the concave part of the concave and convex parts, thereby forming an entrance distance of the concave part narrower than an inner surface distance so that the Teflon coating layer(14) treated on the concave part is not separated.
