PURPOSE: A portable carrier is provided to conveniently carry articles, wherein the carrier is portable conveniently in a compact size by folding all joint parts as being assembled without separating parts. CONSTITUTION: A portable carrier includes a pair of main bars(1) for supporting all load applied by articles to carry, a foldable plate(2) coupled between the main bars, base shafts(1) for supporting the foldable plate and inserted with pulley pins(6) to be fixed to lower rails of the main bars, fixing elements(8) coupled with respective one ends of the base shafts on the main bars to reciprocate in the main bars when folding or spreading the foldable plate, and a handle rod(3) attached to the main bars to be folded in two steps and fixed by fixing pins(9).
