PURPOSE: Structure of an inner passage of a power steering system is provided to promptly assist the movement of a piston by promptly supplying a fluid to an oil-hydraulic chamber and to reduce the production time by simply forming a passage hole in one sliding unit. CONSTITUTION: A passage hole(10) of a specific size is formed on the section of a sliding unit(6) of a piston(5) reciprocating in a cylinder. A high pressure fluid is supplied to a specific oil-hydraulic chamber(3). The fluid flows toward another oil-hydraulic chamber(4). The fluid is pressurized in the second oil-hydraulic chamber toward the first oil-hydraulic chamber. With the pressurized fluid, the leftward and rightward reciprocation of the piston is assisted. Herein, the fluid is promptly supplied to the first hydraulic chamber through the passage hole. According to simple formation of the passage hole, an inner passage of a power steering system is formed efficiently.
