PURPOSE: A system for providing a moving picture electronic mail is provided to receive and store moving picture data directly photographed by a camera and text data inputted through a keyboard in a server supplying an E-mail service as a streaming form and to transmit the stored moving picture data and text data to the responded computer user. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of users progresses a communication connection to a moving picture electronic mail server through a communication network by using a user computer having a communication environment(S10). The user computer outputs moving picture data and text data being photographed and inputted by the users to the moving picture electronic mail server using a moving picture electronic mail service(S20). The moving picture electronic mail server stores moving picture data photographed by the users as a file and creates an HTML based on the data for making the responded user receiving the moving picture electronic mail check the moving picture automatically and stores the HTML to a database and a moving picture E-mail including a URL of the HTML to the responded user(S30). The moving picture electronic mail server outputs moving picture data photographed by a user who transmitted the moving picture electronic mail to the user computer receiving and checking the transmitted moving picture electronic mail as a streaming form(S40).
