摘要 PURPOSE: To improve cooling performance by forming a mixing region for receiving a portion of compressed air between a combustor casing and a liner arranged in the combustor casing, introducing steam into the mixing region to form an air-steam mixture, and introducing the air-steam mixture into a cooling passage of a turbine. CONSTITUTION: A turbine engine 10 comprises sequentially from an upstream side a compressor 20, a combustor region 22 and a turbine 24 comprising a high- and a low-pressure turbine stages 24a, 24b, wherein a combustor casing 28 of the combustor region 22 has such a structure that an annular passageway downstream from the compressor 20 is defined between an inner and an outer casing walls 28a, 28b, and a combustor liner 30 is arranged therein. An annular combustion region 32 is formed in the liner 30, and an annular mixing region 34 is formed between the liner 30 and the casing 28. Steam is introduced into the annular mixing region 34 to form a steam-air mixture. Then, this steam-air mixture is introduced to a cooling passage 70 of the high- and the low-pressure turbine stages 24a, 24b through a cooling flow collector chamber 60 and a void 64.
