The invention relates to a surface-coating material which essentially consists of a mixture which is made, with the mixing ratio 2...6:1, out of a) main constituents which comprise silicon oxide, calcium oxide and iron oxide, and also of b) a combination polymer emulsion which includes carboxyl- modified styrene-butadiene polymer, cyclohexyl methacrylate polymer and styrene polymer. The invention also relates to different processes for using the said mixture. |
