<p>PURPOSE:To contrive the improvement of reliability and the reduction of a work space by providing a managing means for managing manhour data on a file, a list output means for outputting a manhour total list, an informing means for urging correction data, and a slip output means for outputting automatically a slip in which the manhour is entered. CONSTITUTION:A slip 1 submitted from a designer is inputted to a floppy disk 2, and set to a floppy disk input/output device 3. A central processing unit 4 checks input data, outputs an error notice 6 from a printer 5 with regard to error data, normal data is stored in an actual result master file 7, and information extracted from an office employee master file 8 and a department master file 9. A slip 10 for the next presentation is generated, based on these information, and outputted onto the printer 5. When a parameter 11 is inputted from a card reader 12, data is extracted from the actual result master file 7, counted up and a total list 13 is outputted from the printer 5. In such a way, the improvement of reliability and the reduction of a work space can be contrived.</p> |
