Device for absorbing bags filled with waste from auditoria or diverse public places. The invention relates to a device and the use of an entirely mechanical composter/collector machine for permitting the absorption of the waste from consumers (such as sweet wrappers, choc-ice sticks, etc.). The device consists of an upper block 7 comprising a crank 9 secured to a dust bin receptacle II. The crank 9 will permit the rotation of the various drive rollers.
