<p>PURPOSE:To give an enough adsorbing power even for a low molecular-weight gas and to enable a regeneration of an adsorbent by a simple operation by installing an adsorbent made of inorganic laminar porous particles and also a linear heater. CONSTITUTION:An adsorption equipment 1 is furnished with an adsorbent 2 and a linear heater 3 within it. The linear heater 3 has a coil part 31 which is embedded in the cylindrical adsorbent 2. The adsorbent 2 consists of inorganic laminar porous particles, which is a powder form in a law material state and molded into a desired form. At that time, the adsorbent 2 is molded so that the heater 3 is held within the law material powder. As the adsorbent 2 consists of the inorganic laminar porous particles, it has an enough adsorbing power for a low molecular-weight gas such as ammonia, and it is easily possible to restore its lowered adsorbing power by actuating the heater 3, heating the adsorbent 2 and burning off an adsorbate. Moreover, as the heater is linear, it is possible to transfer enough heat to the adsorbent, resulting in an easy gas emission.</p> |
