The portable dispenser for a flowing product, a liquid in particular, is of the type comprising a main reservoir connecting with an empty space forming an intermediate reservoir of smaller dimensions and which is itself connected via an outlet to an applicator intended to be put into contact with a support which must receive the product. It is characterised in that the main reservoir (26) is mounted in a mobile manner with respect to a closing-off cover (44) provided on a mouthpiece (29) forming both the outlet of the main reservoir (26) and the inlet of the intermediate reservoir (46), the said closing-off cover (44) itself being conjugated with a closing-off cover (45) provided on the outlet (22) of the intermediate reservoir (46), while means (50) of displacement of the main reservoir (26) and of the two closing-off covers (44-45) mounted in a mobile manner are placed outside the dispenser in order to be accessible to a user. <IMAGE>
