This solution is dealing with a production of cyclosporine A in the orthorhombic form called (P212121) with a crystalline lattice, where the dimension of a is equal 12,5 Å, the dimension of b is equal to 22,9 Å, the dimension of c is equal to 28,4 Å and the volume closed to the asymmetric unit is equal to 2027 Å3 this procedure is based on that, the cyclosporine A is resolved in the environment created with the use of a solvent containing polymeric ether with a molecular weight of 200, at the temperature of 40 Celsius degrees at least and the solution containing 5 up to 60 weight percent of cyclosporine A, related to the total weight of the solution, cyclosporine A is crystallising of this solvent and the determined orthorhombic form is created and the gained product is isolated. The substance gained based on this procedure can be used in all of the applications with cyclosporine A, for local application on the skin, in the eye or for internal joint application. |
