PURPOSE:To improve contact of interface between a collector electrode and a polarized electrode, etc., and reduce electric resistance at the interface by providing a halogenated polyolefin resin layer which is superb in adhesion properties and stable in both organic and water electrolytic solution between the collector electrode and the polarized electrode of at least paper shape and then by adhering them. CONSTITUTION:Collector electrodes 10 and 10' are constituted of a paper-shaped conductor containing at least a fiber-shaped conductive material and an organic combining material and the collector electrodes 10 and 10' and at least polarized electrodes 11 and 11' are adhered by a polyolefin resin halide (however, halogen indicates F, Cl, BR, and I) and a conductive halogenated polyolefin resin layers 13 and 13' containing a conductive material. In this case, it is desirable that the conductive halogenated polyolefin resin layers 13 and 13' should be provided when providing an electrode for outside connection to the collector electrodes 10 and 10' and a halide of polyolefin resin should be a main constituent for adhering an insulating material and the collector electrodes 10 and 10'. |
