The name of a command to be issued or another name of a command is described in a user name part 25 of the electronic mail address of the receiver of the command issue requesting electronic mail. A domain name describing part 28 includes a host name describing part 26 where to describe the name of a command electronic mail server and a part 27 where to describe the name of the electronic mail server.
