PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an objective lens-driving device available for a high- transfer-speed optical disk drive that can stand the oscillation caused by the high-speed rotation of a disk. SOLUTION: This objective lens-driving device moves the objective lens very slightly in the direction of focus and in the direction of sliding of an axis and rotates the objective lens about the axis in the direction of tracking. In this case, a ring-shaped magnetic material for preliminary pressuring, which pushes a lens-holding part-composing material to a sliding axis, is separately provided from a magnetic material which holds the objective lens in a neutral position.
