The present inventions concerned with compounds of formula (I) <CHEM> wherein Ar is 4-halophenyl; Ar min is 1,3- or 1,4-phenylene; Y is (E)-CH=CH-; and R<1> and R<2> are independently selected from hydrogen and C1-4 alkyl; and base salts and physiologically functional derivatives thereof, processes for their preparation, pharmaceutical formulations containing them and, optionally, one or more other pharmacologically active ingredients and the use of these compounds in medicine.
