medical engineering, particularly, devices for making osseous osteosynthesis; applicable in treatment of tubular bone fractures. SUBSTANCE: device has a trough-shaped plate, coaxially installed hollow cylinders, hollow rod and movable rod, main and additional fixing clamps located on ends of hollow cylinders and rod, regulating device and calibrated spring connecting hollow and movable rods. Hollow cylinder and hollow rod are connected to trough-shaped plate by means of supports with one support rigidly fastened to hollow cylinder. Each additional fixing clamp is located between main clamps and trough-shaped plate. Regulating device is made in the form of leaf spring rigidly secured to support connected with hollow cylinder and having teeth on internal side which are engageable with teeth on movable rod. EFFECT: reduced injury and terms of treatment due to increased stability in fixing of bone fractured fragments and possibility of building-up of regulated loads onto fracture region. 2 dwg
