PURPOSE:To reduce variation rate of static capacity and secure improved reliability by forming a halogen polyolefin resin layer for adhering an insulation gasket and a collector electrode between them. CONSTITUTION:A constituting body with a non-electron propagation and ion- transmission porous separator 14 and polarized electrodes 11 and 11' provided at least its one side is housed within a ring-shaped insulation gasket whose both edges are open and conductive collector electrodes 12 and 12' are adhered to the edge surface of the above insulation gasket using halogen polyolefin resin layers 13 and 13'. In this case, the halogen polyolefin resin layers 13 and 13' are formed by applying an adhesive consisting of a polyolefin resin halide (however, halogen consists of at least one type of F, Cl, Br, and I) to an insulation gasket and/or the collector electrodes 12 and 12' and then by adhering them. It is desirable that the halogenation ratio of polyolefin resin halide may be equal to 11.5-41weight%. |
