PURPOSE:To enhance the detection rate and to prevent the fraud of a charge when an exchange of a ticket is executed between two vehicles by reading the information peculiar to a vehicle in response to a fact that the vehicle goes into an entrance gate, recording this read information in the ticket and issuing it. CONSTITUTION:When an entering vehicle 4 passes through a synchronous sensor 3, a synchronizing signal is sent to an information reader 5. As a result, the information reader 5 scans and reads successively a vehicle number 4a, based on the synchronizing signal, and sends it to a ticket issuing device 7. This ticket issuing device 7 records the vehicle number 4a in a passing ticket 8A and issues it. In an exit gate (not shown in the figure), a ticket issuing device of the same constitution as that of an entrance gate 2 is installed. Therefore, coincidence or disagreement of the vehicle number 4a of the vehicle 4 which goes in and information recorded in the passing ticket 8A owned by its vehicle 4 is confirmed. |
