PURPOSE:To obtain large inductance from a samll (chip) inductor by forming a helical electrode around a magnetic layer substrate having a rectangular cross section from its one end electrode to the other. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic substrate 1, mainly composed of a ferrite, has a rectangular cross section and electrodes at its both ends facing each other. An electrode 2 is helically wound in a clockwise direction around the magnetic substrate 1 from an end electrode 5 towards an end electrode 6. The electrode 2 is formed by coating and printing the substrate with a fret-contained silver paste by means of screen printing, etc. |
