PURPOSE:To perform correction of balance in the whole direction of a rotor for flat motor at a low cost by a method wherein the end parts of wires of semicoils are connected using a conductive piece to form a segment coil, and balance of rotor is regulated by cutting the conductive piece. CONSTITUTION:The two semicoils formed by winding concentrically an elemental wire for coil for plural number of turns are pilled up in two layers, and the end parts of wires led out in a coil window 1a are connected with each other using the sleeve-type conductive piece 2 to form the segment coil 3. Then the three segment coils 3, 3, 3 are arranged as to have the segment angles of 180 deg., and moldings are filled up in a gap 4 and gaps in the coil window 1a and gaps 7, 7, 7 between the segment coils 3 to form the rotor plate. Then the conductive pieces 2 are cut corresponding to the unbalancing plates to correct balance. |
