PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistor for an electron-gun structure which are capable of easily obtaining a prescribed resistive dividing ratio without lowering manufacturing yields, and also provide its manufacturing method, an electron-gun with the resistor and a cathode-ray tube with the resistor. SOLUTION: In this resistor for an electron-gun structure, a resistor 32 for electron-gun structure for supplying voltages divided by resistances to electrodes disposed on the electron-gun structure comprises an insulating substrate 40, at least two first resistive elements 41 disposed at prescribed positions on the insulating substrate 40, and a second resistive element 44 having a prescribed pattern connecting electrically between first resistive element 41. Furthermore, the resistor 32 has a structure, in which an effective length of the second resistive element 44 between the first resistive element 41 is changed, depending upon an arrangement position of the second resistive 44 with respect to the first resistive element 41.
