PURPOSE:To easily and positively bind together the titled members by such an arrangement wherein even if it is hard to install a pair of electrode on one of two sheets of plastic member, one of which is laid on top of another, a pair of electrode are provided only on the side of the other member and high frequency dielectric heating is carried out. CONSTITUTION:After 2 sheets of plastic member 1, 2, one of which is laid on top of another, are placed on a mount 6, etc., a pair of electrodes 3, 4 are arranged only on the side of the plastic member 1 from the joint surface 7 of the plastic members 1,2 so that they are preferably positioned opposingly to each other with a gap D covering such a part 7' to be bonded together of the joint surface 7 centered between them. Next, a high frequency voltage is impressed on the electrodes 3, 4 from a high frequency oscillator 5 and the part 7' to be bonded of the joint surface 7 is bonded by hig frequency dielectric heating.
