PURPOSE:To prevent the fluctuation of the weight of product caused by the fluctuation of the cutting position and to improve the capacity of cutting process by cutting a KAMABOKO (boiled fish paste) with a cutter moving at a speed equal to the transfer speed of the KAMABOKO pasted on a plate (ITATSUKI KAMABOKO). CONSTITUTION:The objective apparatus for cutting a KAMABOKO in a preparation line of a KAMABOKO pasted on a plate is provided with (a) a cutting machine 1 furnished with a fastening means 11 fastenable to the front end face of a plate B and cutting the KAMABOKO G at the gap between the plates B while moving at a speed equal to the moving speed of the ITATSUKI KAMABOKO G by the fastening action of the fastening means 11, (b) a fastening-releasing means 2 to release the fastening of the fastening means 11 upon the completion of the action of the cutter 1, (c) a restoration means 3 to restore the cutter 1 to the original position upon the release of the fastening of the fastening means 11. (d) a quick traverse mechanism 4 to effect the quick traverse of the cut ITATSUKI KAMABOKO G and (e) a fastening initiation means 5 to move the fastening means 11 in the direction to fasten the fastening means 11 to the plate B of the next ITATSUKI KAMABOKO G after the traverse of the quickly traversed ITATSUKI KAMABOKO G. |
