<p>PURPOSE:To miniaturize a device which feeds a large scale integrated circuit with cooling water by installing a valve means controlling connection between n+1 pieces of pumps and (n) pieces of loops, and sharing two pumps with each loop in common. CONSTITUTION:A valve means 8 checks any supply to a first connecting path 9 of a liquid out of a second pump 62 at time of normal operation of a first pump 61, while it checks any supply of the liquid out of the second pump 62 to a second connecting path 10 at time of normal operation of a third pump 63, and it feeds a corresponding loop in both first and second loops 2, 3 with a fluid out of the second pump 62 in response to a variation in fluid pressure in a first or second connecting path 9 or 10 only when trouble has occurred in operation of one side of these first and third pumps 61 and 63. It will merely do that the number of pumps is enough much only one more than the loop number, so that a fluid feeder becomes miniaturized.</p> |
