PURPOSE:To shorten the time required for a supplement of the electrolyte and reduce the number of supplement times by filling to supplement the electrolyte directly from an electrolyte supply tube to either one of gas flow passages. CONSTITUTION:A PTFE tube, for example, is used as an electrolyte supply tube 21 in consideration of the corrosion-resistance, and an electrolyte tank 22 is comprised. Further, a nitrogen bomb 25, for example, is prepared as a pressure source for press-in the electrolyte and it is regulated by a regulator 24, and a pressure indicator 23 reads out the pressure to control it at the predetermined pressure. The tube 21 is inserted deep into a gas flow passage 4. The electrolyte filling tube 21 communicating with either one of a fuel passage and an oxidant passage is provided, and the electrolyte is supplied directly from the electrolyte filling tube 21 to the passage. Thereby, a large quantity of the electrolyte can be supplied in a short time. |
