PURPOSE:To obtain an electromagnetic coil unit less affected by secular changes by a method wherein a printed board is installed at an end of a molded coil and the other end thereof is used as a member for reinforcing the unit itself, in a process wherein technique is employed for the iron core and the winding surrounding it to be molded free of voids. CONSTITUTION:A coil 3 is composed of a ring shaped iron core 1 and a secondary wiring 2 about it, and a power cable 15 working as a primary coil pierces the central portion of the iron core 1, which results the formation of an electromagnetic coil unit. Next, the coil 3 is developed into a molded coil 12 by a method whereby the resultant molded coil is free of voids, when a printed board 9 is fixed to an end of the molded coil 12 by means of a plurality of buried metals 10a. The other end, opposite to the location of the board 9, of the molded coil 12 is fixed to the installing metal 4, with the intermediary of a plurality of buried metals 10b. This eliminates the need for special auxiliary metals, thereby reducing the number of required parts. |
