<p>PURPOSE:To provide a product having a neat boundary line without the use of an expensive jig, equipment, etc. for fusing, by a method wherein flange parts are superposed with each other through joint and engagement of a continuous bent part with another bent part, the bent parts being monolithically connected to the flange parts of their respective skins. CONSTITUTION:An upper skin 20 and a lower skin 30 are individually molded by a vacuum-molding method, flange parts 25 and 35 of the respective skins are superposed on each other for joining, and a continuous bent part 26 of the skin 20 on a bent part 36 of the skin 30 for joining to firmly bind them together. The work is set in a foaming mold 40, it is monolithically molded togetherwith a foaming synthetic resin material 16 and a core material 17, and with the progress of curing of the resin material 16, the joined part is monolithically imbedded in a foam layer.</p> |
