PURPOSE:To prevent bleeding and enable the application in winter or in a cold district by compounding a quick lime covered with a fatty acid, a cement, and a solubilizer of said fatty acid. CONSTITUTION:A powdered quick lime is mixed with 0.1-1.0wt.% (based on said lime) fatty acid (e.g. that of coconut oil) to give a quick lime covered with the fatty acid. 10-100 pts.wt. covered quick lime is compounded with 100 pts.wt. cement and 0.01-1.0wt.% (based on the sum of said lime and said cement) solunilizer of said fatty acid comprising KCl and/or K2CO3 to give a grout, which is mixed with 30-500wt.% (based on said lime) water to form a slurry, and is then injected into a desired place. 5min to 3hr after the injection, said fatty acid film on the surface of the quick lime dissolves, and the quick lime reacts with eater to generate heat, causing the setting of said cement to process. |
