ADDITIONAL SIGNAL MULTIPLEXER

PURPOSE:To improve the reproducing capability of an additional signal at a receiver side and to reduce the hardware of a television receiver by applying time division multiplex to the additional signal while time inversion is applied at each other line by applying time division multiplex to the additional signal so as to multiplex the result to a vertical over scan part of a television signal. CONSTITUTION:A moving contact (a) of a switch circuit 324 is thrown to its fixed terminal (b) connecting to a fixed terminal (b) of a switch circuit 322 when a moving contact (a) of the switch circuit 322 is thrown to its fixed terminal (b) and thrown to a fixed terminal (c) connecting to a time inverting circuit 323 when the moving contact (a) of the switch circuit 322 is thrown to a fixed terminal (c). Thus, a vertical side signal SV subjected to time inversion is outputted for each other line from the switch circuit 324. The vertical side signal SV is subjected to time division multiplex by a time division multiplex circuit 325, fed to a switch circuit 27 and multiplexed onto a vertical over scan part of a center signal C. Thus, a television signal of the pattern to which the additional signal is coupled is obtained and the hardware of the television receiver is reduced.
