A restart deciding means e calculates the stop time of the arithmetic processing action from the difference between the coincident time data stored in the memory means d and d' and the coincident preset times obtained from the timepiece means c and c'. Then the means e restarts the operations of both means a1 and a2 when the stop time is kept within a prescribed time. Thus the rerise is automatically secured for a controller when the discordance of collation is produced by a transient noise, etc., and the controller has a down.
