The CMOS data transmitting circuit comprises a data input buffer (10) receiving data signals upon writing to transmit the data signals to a pair of data buses (11,12); first and second transmission gates (100) and (200) transmitting the data signals on the data buses; first and second input/output pullup and pulldown circuit (300) and (400) performing pull up and pulldown operations such that a pair of input and output buses (13) and (14) have a power supplying voltage state or a grounding state respectively; and an input and output lighting circuit (500) connected between a pair of data buses.
