<p>PURPOSE:To arrange a wire harness and contain the wire harness in a protector efficiently and to prevent droppage of strength by mounting the protector on a jig for arranging the wire harness in a planar manner. CONSTITUTION:A molded protector A is arranged between wire harness arranging jigs 13. Cover body 4 is previously removed from the molded protector A and the cover 9 for the side wall 3 of the protector body 1 is left open. Then a wire harness 14 is arranged on the molded protector A by means of the jigs 13. A branch wire 14a for realizing a cubic arrangement of the wire harness 14 is inserted into a notched section 8 thus arranging the wire harness in a planar manner. Upon completion of arrangement of the wire harness A, the cover body 4 is fitted to the protector body 1 then the branch wire 14a is folded vertically and inserted into an opening 7 of the cover body 4, thereafter the side wall cover 9 is closed. Stop member 11 at the tip of the side cover 9 is fitted to a counterpart stop member 13 and stopped in place.</p> |
