The pulse generator circuit comprises a 1/2n+1 divider circuit (24) for dividing an input pulse into the pulse having 1/2n+1 frequency; a first shift register (25) for shifting the output signal of the divider circuit by n clock at a leading edge of the input pulse; a second shift register (26) for shifting the output signal of the first shift register by one clock of the input signal at a leading edge having a reverse polarity of the polarity of the first shift register; and a circuit (27) for obtaining a logical product of the output of the second shift register (26) and the output of the divider circuit (24).
