The present invention relates to a remote control device for a heating and/or air-conditioning installation in which it is necessary to immobilise a receiver lever 11 in a given position, whilst having the possibility of continuing to operate the control member 3. According to the invention, the lever 11 carries a stud 15 capable of interacting with an interaction groove 5 so that, before disengaging or engaging the toothed sectors 2, 14, the stud 15 engages or disengages in or from a disengagement/engagement groove 7 forming part of the interaction groove 5.
