PURPOSE: A flat panel display having a TFT(Thin Film Transistor) is provided to represent high gray levels and obtain appropriate white balance by compensating a threshold voltage of the TFT. CONSTITUTION: A flat panel display includes pixels, a driving TFT(T4r,T4g,T4b), and a mirror TFT(T2r,T2g,T2b). The pixels have a plurality of sub-pixels including self-emitting elements. The driving TFT drives the self-emitting element of each sub-pixel in response to a predetermined data signal. The mirror TFT has a gate connected to the gate of the driving TFT and a capacitor. The sub-pixels have at least two different colors. The mirror TFTs of the respective sub-pixels have the same size and the driving TFTs of the respective sub-pixels have different sizes.
