PURPOSE:To reduce the overhead of the loading time of a transaction processing program by controlling the loading of the transaction processing program so as not to be repeated when the transaction processing program corresponding to an inputted transaction ID is loaded beforehand. CONSTITUTION:When the transaction ID is inputted from a user terminal 16, a CPU 15 decides whether the transaction processing program corresponding to that transaction ID is loaded before in a program loading area or not according to a program loading area control table 13. If this transaction processing program is loaded beforehand, the loading of it is not newly performed, but transaction processing is executed by using the transaction processing program loaded beforehand. Thus, the overhead of the loading time of the transaction processing program is reduced.
