PURPOSE:To improve conductivity and profitability of conductive resin component by introducing a converged body of conductive fibers into a pot portion where a metal of a low melting point is melted, leading out conductive filler from the edge of torpedo portion and coating the conductive filler with thermoplastic resin. CONSTITUTION:In a die device into which thermoplastic resin 3 is flowed from an extruder, funnel-shaped pot portion 4a stores ingot of a metal 2 of a low melting point which is melted therein. A torpedo portion 4b is arranged in a longitudinal direction and unified with the pot portion 4a. Conductive fibers 1 is introduced into the pot portion 4a. A conductive filler 1a coated with the metal 2 of a low melting point is led out, as a core wire, from a lower portion 4c of the torpedo portion 4b. The conductive filler 1a is coated with the thermoplastic resin 3 flowed into a die 5 surrounding the torpedo portion 4b from the die device. The filler 1a coated with the resin 3 is cooled and cut into a pellet. |
