<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the manufacturing steps of a coil bobbin provided with coil terminals by molding a main body with a resin on a coil-terminal hoop wherein a plurality of coil terminals are linked with an outer frame by using a manufacturing dies, taking the main body out of the manufacturing dies, and separating the coil terminals and the outer frame. CONSTITUTION:When a coil bobbin wherein a plurality of coil terminals 10 are provided on a main body 2 comprising a nonconductive material is manufactured, a plurality of the coil terminals 10 are linked with an outer frame 9 which is located at the outside of the space for the main body to be molded with a resin. A planar coil terminal hoop 11 wherein a plurality of the coil terminals 10 and the outer frame 9 can be separated is manufactured. The main body is molded for the coil terminal hoop 11 by using manufacturing dies 101-105 with the resin. The main body is taken out of the manufacturing dies 101 -105. Thereafter, the coil terminals 10 and the outer frame 9 are separated. Of said manufacturing dies 101-105, e.g. the first die 101 and the second die 102 are arranged in a facing pattern so as to hold the coil terminal hoop 11, and the third die 103 and the fourth die 104 are arranged in a facing pattern so as to hold the coil terminal hoop 11.</p> |
